The Holy Spirit functions as our divine helper and guide, carrying out three essential responsibilities in the world: revealing sin and our separation from God, demonstrating the path to righteous living through faith in Christ, and executing judgment by bringing conviction and helping believers discern right from wrong. Rather than speaking of Himself, the Holy Spirit communicates what He hears from the Father, reveals future events, and consistently glorifies Jesus Christ.True righteousness is achieved through faith rather than works, following the example of Abraham who was deemed righteous because of his belief in God. This righteousness comes through faith in Christ, believing in our hearts, and confessing with our mouths - not through adherence to rules or laws. The Holy Spirit serves as our comforter and helper, transforming sorrow into joy and empowering believers for ministry. This transformation becomes complete when we fully surrender and allow the Holy Spirit to guide every aspect of our lives.
