The parable of the ten virgins serves as a powerful warning about the importance of maintaining our spiritual oil supply and staying prepared for God's purposes.Maintaining a pure spiritual fire requires both positive actions and careful vigilance against impurity. We must actively pursue spiritual disciplines while avoiding 'strange fire' - anything that corrupts or diminishes our spiritual flame. This includes examining our lives for areas of neglect, ensuring our worship remains pure, and taking specific steps to strengthen our spiritual vitality.
